Dear Vendors,

 

     We would like to thank you for sponsoring the “2008 Together We Make a Difference Conference”

on October 3th through the 5th at the Concourse Hotel & Conference Center in Columbus Ohio. 

 

If you have purchased a display table, each display area consists of one six foot table with tablecloth

and skirting in a 6x6 foot area.  There will be enough room for 2 representatives from your company.

 If your company has more than 2 representatives we ask that you schedule them at different times if possible. 

Tables will be preassigned and we ask that a representative from your company register at

our registration table prior to setting up your display on Friday for table assignments. 

Vendor registration will open at 4:00pm on Friday.  Only vendors who have paid in advance

will be allowed to display.  The exhibit area will be open to conference attendees

 on Friday, October 3th from 5:00pm to 7pm and Saturday, October 4th from 7 am to 1:30 pm. 

There will be no exhibit area on Sunday and we ask that all displays be removed on Saturday.

 Should you need a hotel room for the night we ask that you contact The Concourse Hotel

directly for reservations at 1-800-541-4574 and state you are with the “OMDA or LTC conference”.
